Membership Cancellation

  1. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
  2. If you are traveling or injured and would like to put your membership on hold instead of cancelling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request HERE.
  3. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your 30-day written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within this 30-day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.
  4. Cancellation of membership due to moving farther than 25 miles away will not require an early termination fee, but you are required to provide proof or residence, and 30 day written cancellation policy is still in force.

Your health and fitness goals have always been important to us, and they still are. Understanding your next steps helps us support your continued success, learn how to better serve future members, and improve the experience we offer. Your honest feedback means a lot and helps us grow as a gym and as coaches who genuinely care.
  • We’d truly appreciate any feedback you’re willing to share. If circumstances change, would you consider returning? What would need to change? Is there anything we could have done to better support your goals, or that might have encouraged you to stay? What did you enjoy most about your time with us? Was there anything that sets us apart? Your insight means a lot and helps us continue to grow and serve our members better.
    If your last payment falls within this 30 day cancellation period we can apply towards your last month (as scheduled) or, as a courtesy, we can save it and put it towards your first month back when you return in the future (limit 6 months from cancellation date).
